For Xreal Users: If you experience no sound when connecting to Xreal devices, update the glasses' firmware using the Xreal app. After updating, press and hold the volume up button until you hear two beeps to successfully switch the audio output. Audio output is NOT supported with NReal devices.

Not compatible with LG UltraFine 5K monitors.

To output video to an external monitor, use a USB 3.1 or Thunderbolt 3/4 cable that supports video transmission.

The included Micro-USB cable must be connected to power the adapter only, and the adapter cannot power a portable monitor

DO NOT connect a USB-C hub, docking station, or USB-C drive to the adapter's USB-C port.

This is NOT a bi-directional converter and cannot output from a USB-C laptop to an HDMI monitor.

USB-C monitors do not support YUV 4:2:0 (4K/60Hz). For Apple TV 4K, set the color space to 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 to display 4K content correctly. Roku Ultra can display 4K content only up to 2560x1440 or 1080p.
